Both businesses that want to export into Britain and British businesses that want to sell certain products in the domestic market may face a cliff edge when new post Brexit standards should come into force in January 2022. This may seem some time away but many in the industry are nowhere near ready to comply to the new requirements. Even the government doesn't have a solution ready.
