Leadership Is Generally Not An Innate Skill

How many errors, losses and setbacks could be avoided by a program that develops leaders without the normal lengthy trial and error process?

Most leaders learn leadership over time, through a trial-and-error process.

Effective leadership cannot be learnt in a couple of day course.

My question to you is – What is the real cost to your business in engagement, productivity, staff retention and ultimately profitability of not having effective programs for leadership development?
