Ahh the delicious Croissant. Ma cherie. Mon amour. Easy to eat but extremely difficult to make. C'est la vie!

When the recipe says 'proof overnight' we read: 'proof for 10 minutes'. And that's what we did for the entire episode. Super fast, powering through, and praying for the best.
