🍇🇫🇷Today I am cheering to French wine with a delicious Pinot Noir from the Bourgogne, Hautes Côtes De Beaune a Régionale appellation covering still red, white, and rosé wines located at the foot of the limestone cliff on the sunny slopes of a ribbon of valleys perpendicular to the Côte de Beaune, from Les Maranges to Ladoix-Serrigny heading west.

🇫🇷A complicated region but one of the few French wine options I would immediately go for. Elegant and classic.
