This week has been a tough one with the boys in my household going down with a cold.
So in today's video, i take my sick toddler to the beach to soak up the sea air and some sunshine and spend some time in nature to heal his little body.
I also got a chance to look through some baby clothes to see what i can cross off my list of things to buy.
