For Meditation : The intention of this meditation is for shielding and protecting your energy from unwanted sources or connections new and old. Let your consciousness speak to your mind through the visualizations as you meditate and focus on your breath. Headphones are recommended for a full effect of multisensory stimulation. This can provide a sort of refreshed awakening to the sensory system. This can lead to some accelerated calming and stimulation to achieve a deeper more profound meditative state. Visual aids assist meditations for beginners but also can guide the experienced in directions they had not set their intent on.
While letting yourself drift into the meditation your current perception may lead to some profound spiritual moments. You may see your spirit animal, sprit guides, higher self or divine messages through the fluid transitions. All shapes and figures were not put there specifically. I mediate to the music as I create the video and channel the ideas and transitions. Prepare yourself as some visuals may be a subconscious cue either being direct or as a metaphor.
