Golden buns: to serve on special occasions!

So fluffy and tasty, they are perfect for any occasion!INGREDIENTS

400ml (1 3/4 cup) warm milk

100g (1/2 cup) melted butter

1 tbsp sugar

7g dry yeast

1kg (8 cups) flour

1 tsp salt

Black sesame seeds

White Sesame seeds

Egg yolk

 

METHOD



In a bowl mix together warm milk with melted butter, sugar and yeast. Add in flour and salt. Let the dough rise for about 2 hours.

Divide into the 4 pieces, let it rise for 5 minutes more.

Make a cut on the dough pieces compression in the middle. Spread with egg yolk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 25 minutes.
