Realization of Eternal Presence - The Common Teaching of Gospel of Thomas, Bhagavad-gita, and Tolle

What is the common message of Jesus, Bhagavad-gita, and the Power of Now?
Realization of eternal presence.
The Kingdom of God is within you, and it is outside of you.
Most people cannot recognize it, within or without. They are mentally consumed by compulsive thinking and identification with the false self, or ego personality. Most people are lost in the dream state of living in the past, the future, or in their personal imaginary story. Most people believe the story of the false self to be complete reality, as they have forgotten their eternal essence and constitution.
Returning, through discipline of attention, to the Supreme Personality of Godhead, or Krsna consciousness, we transcend the disturbance of material miseries and mayavic illusions.
Stillness in the consciousness benefits us especially when we have a pure and supreme object of meditation, thus the usefulness of the methods taught in Bhagavad-gita, such as chanting mantras and meditating on the nature of the Supreme Person, Krsna.
Is Presence the way out of mental illness and other designations of manifested unconsciousness, the way out of our collective manifested identification with the false self?
