#8 - Your character has flaws and that's okay

The flaws, vulnerabilities, and secret prejudices that your characters have are wildly important. Being bad at things is relatable. Disliking things is interesting: the more specific, the better. If you have a character that goes out of their way to personally break every blue vase they find, regardless of circumstance, that's interesting as hell.
