Ralph Munroe is a real-life Miami pioneer and kind of an unsung hero in our community these days. His first wife's grave is steps away from the sidewalk near the Coconut Grove library and his home is still standing at the Barnacle Museum. In our film he has a fateful encounter with Billy Tigertail, a composite character inspired by real-life Seminole friends of Ralph Munroe. As we attempt to shed light on this forgotten corner of history, our intent is a transcendent story of grief and the shared Human Experience between us all.
