8 MIN. SWEATY ABS WORKOUT - loose lower and upper belly fat / burn calories | Mary Braun

I thought about a different way to train abs in a quick session but making it extra hard. My idea behind it was to get your heart rate up and focusing on the lower and upper abs.

This 8 Minute Workout includes:

- mountain climbers almost every second exercise
- these as a cardio element to get heart rate up
- lower & upper ab exercises
- no breaks
