Brexit: Escalation in the fisheries dispute averted for the time being
In the dispute between London and Paris over fishing licenses in the English Channel, negotiations are to be continued for the time being. Another escalation was averted when Paris initially suspended an ultimatum for punitive measures set for Tuesday.
