The key to understanding God’s ultimate plan for His human creation
is to recognize that the Scriptures teach that there are two distinct opportunities of salvation for mankind – a Heavenly and an Earthly. The "ransom" paid by Jesus' blood affords a resurrection for all, and an opportunity to live on the restored earth -- the earthly phase of God's Kingdom.

Isaiah 11:9 — “They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain [Kingdom], for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the LORD [Jehovah], as the waters cover the sea.”
