In this clip, Gilbert Arenas reacted to Shaq suggesting that he’d be willing to coach the Lakers if given $25 million per year for four years. Gilbert explained why Shaq wouldn’t make a great coach, and most other great players for that matter. According to Gilbert, great players are unable to see the game beyond their supreme talent and physical gifts making it difficult to be effective head coaches.
