Today I want to talk about why taking care of yourself is important and why it's ok to be selfish. Self care is vital and is something most people neglect in their lives. It's vital that we take care of ourselves before we can take care of others. Taking time out to focus on yoursel is vital to mental health well being. Self improvement, self love and mental health are all extremely important for a happy and productive life. I have a fair amount of mental health training from my 12 years in Law Enforcement and I wanted to share this info and my tips for taking care of yourself. Taking time out, treating yourself, eliminating negative influences and taking an internal inventory are all key to a happy and fulfiling life.
