Federal Judge Rejects Psaki’s Attempt To Circumvent His Ruling

Jen Psaki, the former press secretary for the White House, tried to overturn a previous ruling that he had issued, but the federal judge cut her off.Psaki's attempt to obstruct a subpoena so that she would not be deposed in a lawsuit that claims she and other members of the Biden administration conspired with big tech companies to suppress and censor speech was rejected by Judge Terry Doughty of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana. The case, which was filed in May by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, the former of whom is now a U.S. Senator-elect from the Show Me State, was argued to have no relevant information by Psaki's legal team. She also argued that the former White House spokeswoman, who is now a paid contributor at MSNBC, would be overburdened if she was forced to resign.
