There Are No Specific Exercises You Have to Do

Not every exercise is going to be well-suited for you, and that’s more than okay! Rather than try to fit a square peg into a round hole, find an alternative that fits you better.

For example, not everyone can perform conventional deadlift without it feeling extremely uncomfortable due to mobility restrictions etc. You can instead try sumo deadlifts, trap bar deadlifts, Romanian deadlifts, good mornings, block pulls etc.

There are always going to be at least a handful of other exercises that work the muscles in the same or similar way to the original.

Treat any workout program as a starting point. Make swaps for yourself as you see fit. 🙌 #FitnessTip
