Spinach Artichoke Stuffed Chicken:
Ingredients:
1 bag of Spinach
1/3 Boursin Cheese
1/3 C Artichoke Hearts
2 Chicken Breasts
Season with Salt, Pepper & Garlic Salt
Sear Chicken 3 Minutes each side.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 Minutes or until chicken is fully cooked
Salmon Nourish Bowl:
Salmon
Brussel Sprouts
Edamame
Shredded Carrot
Green Onion
Seseme Seeds
Avocado
Seasonings & Sauce of your choice
Bake Salmon and Brussel Sprouts at 425 for 12-15 Minutes
Prep Toppings and Serve with your sauce of choice!
Chicken Tacos:
Chicken, Corn, Black Beans, Cilantro, Salsa, Guac, Limes, Tortilla
Cook Chicken in taco seasoning. Assemble your taco & Enjoy!
Breakfast Tacos:
Saute Potatoes & Onions
Add egg and scramble
Place in heated tortilla
Top with Salsa & Enjoy!
