Circle The Left Knee In The Downswing To Turn On The Rotation

Let's get that lead knee moving out and around as we change directions in the golf swing! This will set up rotation and help keep our lead hip inside our ankle (a topic you have seen me cover before). As I work into the golf downswing, I like to feel as though my knees flex and widen out with the pressure moving into my left foot.
