Israel is now pushing a booster campaign in its nationals over 60 years old to protect them from life threats due to the Delta variant. 60% of its population has been fully vaccinated with Pfizer. A recent study shows Pfizer vaccine's protection against the Delta variant dropped to 42% in Israel.
