The Institut français d’Écosse launches a new series of video leading to and accompanying the COP26 taking place in Glasgow in November 2021.
Throughout the videos, you will discover our guest speakers from France, Scotland and the rest of the world engaged in environmental, ecological, or sustainable initiatives and ranging from professionals working for specialised institutions to individuals involved in the creative industry, charitable sector or their community. We invite them to dream about the future and express their expectations about the highly anticipated COP 26.
For our fifth episode, we welcome Pierre Gagnaire.
Head chef of 13 restaurants in the world, he has collected 14 Michelin stars in 40-years career. Pierre Gagnaire has been voted best chef in the world by his peers in 2015.
He is a source of inspiration, and has received his first star when he was just 26.
