India took part in the third meeting of the Moscow Format of consultations on Afghanistan in Russia meeting the Taliban. An Indian delegation led by Joint Secretary at Ministry of External Affairs JP Singh. India has reportedly offered humanitarian aid to Afghanistan. Yesterday, Indian officials, the joint secretary of the Pakistan-Afghanistan-Iran division of the Ministry of External Affairs, China attended the Moscow Format meeting hosted by Russia.
