Terrorists plotters could face minimum 14-year jail term under new crackdown plans

Terrorists who plot to kill multiple people or travel to war zones could face tougher sentences.

New guidelines, published later, will propose a minimum of 14 years in jail.

The move aims to close potential loopholes... that allow those convicted of planning attacks to receive shorter sentences.
