EGGSš„
Ingredients:
-4 eggs
-tap water
Instructions:
1.bring water to boil
2.after it starts boiling- carefully add the eggs (so you don't break them)
3.cook about 9 minutes
4.after 9 min take the eggs out and cool down immediately with ice cold water, so you stop the boiling process

MARINADEš¶
Ingredients:
-4tbs soy sauce
-4 tbs mirin
-4 tbs sake/ or dashi stock/ or just water
-1 tbs sugar
Instructions:
1.take plastic bag, throw the eggs inside, add all the ingredients, mix all together, close the bag tightly, so there is no air.
2.let marinate in the fridge 3hours- or overnight (we let it in fridge 6 hours)

FILLINGš¶
Ingredients:
-the cooked egg yolks
-1 tbs mayo
-1 tsp soy sauce
-1/2 tsp rice vinegar
-1 tsp srirach
Instructions:
1.mash the egg yolks, add all the other ingredients, and mix together
2.use piping bag or spoon and fill the eggs with the yolk mixture

-bacon, spring onions, chili flakes, sesame seeds, chili oil
